It is important to use the TORCH FX in a close, soft,
repetitive spray. Limit the use to a small area as seen in the video, until you achieve the level of blue that you want, then neutralize with water & move to a new area.
You can also drizzle, drip, or drag saturated sponge, cloth or brush an area with the Torch FX repeatedly for some very interesting effects.
